At Lovemart, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and discreetly. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our shipping services within Australia. Please read it carefully before placing an order.


1. Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within Australia. Orders placed from outside of Australia will not be processed or fulfilled


2. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • All orders within Australia include FREE standard shipping.
  • Parcels are typically delivered 1 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Express Shipping (Paid Option)

  • Express Post is available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • Parcels generally arrive 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery estimates are based on Australia Post’s guidelines and are not guaranteed.
  • Longer delivery times may apply for rural or remote areas.

Please note: Australia Post does not operate on weekends, and we are not responsible for any delays once the parcel has been lodged with them.


3. Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving them. This means your order is typically lodged with Australia Post on the following business day after it’s placed.

Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be queued for processing on the next available business day. Please note that dispatch timeframes may vary slightly during peak periods, promotions, or if otherwise specified on the product page.

If there is ever a delay or issue affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an update.


4. Shipping Methods

  • Our standard free shipping typically uses Australia Post Standard Parcel service.
  • However, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers or shipping methods to ensure timely and secure delivery based on your location and order size.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this number to track your parcel directly through Australia Posts website.


6. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Every order is:

  • Packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, branding, or indication of the contents.
  • The sender name will not reference Lovemart or the nature of the products purchased.


7. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • In cases of failed delivery attempts, lost packages, or shipping disputes, please contact us at support@lovemart.au. We’ll do our best to assist and resolve the issue.


8. Public Holidays

  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.
  • Shipping times may be affected during peak periods and holiday seasons.

Returns & Refunds Policy


At Lovemart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for used or opened products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.


2. Faulty or Defective Products

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, we will resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Here's what to do:

  • Contact us at support@lovemart.au within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo or video evidence of the fault.

Once assessed, we may:

  • Offer a replacement,
  • Provide a full refund, or
  • Suggest a partial refund (if you wish to keep the item).

In these cases, Lovemart will cover all return shipping costs if a return is required.


3. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return the product within 30 days provided:

  • The item is unopened and unused
  • It is returned in its original condition and packaging
  • You cover the return postage


4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact our team at support@lovemart.au with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos/videos

We'll guide you through the return process and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.


5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the return to arrive
  • 3–5 business days for inspection and approval
  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund

All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Your privacy is important to us. All returns and communication are handled discreetly. The return address label will not include any adult-related business names.
