Terms & Conditions

Purchase multiple eligible onaholes in the same order and receive:

• 2–3 eligible onaholes — 8% off
• 4 or more eligible onaholes — 15% off in total

No promotional code is required. The applicable discounts are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

Only eligible onaholes receive the Buy More, Save More discount.

The discount does not apply to the entire order.

Products in the same order that are not eligible for Buy More, Save More remain at their applicable selling price. 

Lovemart’s checkout calculates the Buy More, Save More promotion using two promotional discount levels.

When purchasing 2–3 eligible onaholes, the cart will display:

2+ Onaholes – 8% Multi-Buy Saving

This provides a 8% discount on the eligible onaholes only.

When purchasing 4 or more eligible onaholes, the cart may display two separate promotional discount descriptions:

2+ Onaholes – 8% Multi-Buy Saving

and

4+ Onaholes – Extra Multi-Buy Saving

The second discount is an additional adjustment applied after the first discount so that the combined saving equals approximately 15% of the original eligible product prices.

For calculation purposes, the additional discount may be shown or calculated at approximately 7.61% of the already-discounted eligible amount. This is because the second discount is calculated after the initial 8% discount has already been applied.

The two discount lines together represent the advertised 15% total Buy More, Save More saving for 4 or more eligible onaholes.

They do not represent a 8% discount plus a further 15% discount.

Minor rounding differences of a few cents may occur due to the way individual product prices and discounts are calculated.

To qualify for Buy More, Save More, a product must:

• be an eligible onahole;
• have an individual full selling price of $50 or more;
• be a full-price product at the time the order is placed;
• not be on sale, clearance or otherwise reduced; and
• not fall within one of the excluded product categories listed below.

The $50 minimum applies to each individual onahole, not to the combined value of the products or the total order.

The qualifying price is the product price displayed before the Buy More, Save More discount is applied.

Eligible onaholes may be mixed and matched.

Multiple units of the same eligible onahole may also count towards the qualifying quantity.

Products that are already on sale, clearance, reduced or otherwise offered at a promotional price are not eligible for Buy More, Save More.

A sale or reduced item:

• does not receive the Buy More, Save More discount; and
• does not count towards the quantity required to qualify for the promotion.

This applies even if the sale or reduced price is $50 or more.

For example, if your cart contains:

• three eligible full-price onaholes; and
• one onahole that is already on sale,

only the three eligible full-price onaholes count towards Buy More, Save More.

The three eligible products receive the applicable 8% discount, while the sale product remains at its existing sale price.

The following products are excluded from Buy More, Save More:

• sale, clearance or reduced products;
• Torso Dolls;
• Hip Dolls;
• Onahips;
• onaholes priced below $50 each;
• lubricants;
• cleaners;
• accessories;
• gift cards, where applicable; and
• any other product specifically identified by Lovemart as being excluded from the promotion.

Excluded products neither receive the Buy More, Save More discount nor count towards the qualifying quantity.

Buy More, Save More is a product-specific promotion.

It is not an order-wide discount.

Only the eligible onaholes used to qualify for the promotion receive the applicable discount.

For example, if an order contains:

• four eligible onaholes;
• two lubricants;
• one cleaner; and
• one accessory,

the combined 15% Buy More, Save More saving applies only to the four eligible onaholes.

The lubricants, cleaner and accessory are not discounted under this promotion.

Their presence in the same order does not increase the number of eligible products or the promotional discount.

The discount level is determined by the number of eligible onaholes purchased in the same order:

1 eligible onahole

No Buy More, Save More discount.

2 eligible onaholes

8% off the eligible onaholes.

3 eligible onaholes

8% off the eligible onaholes.

4 or more eligible onaholes

15% total saving on the eligible onaholes.

Purchasing more than four eligible onaholes does not increase the discount above 15% unless Lovemart expressly advertises a different promotional tier.

Excluded and sale products do not count towards these quantities.

Unless Lovemart expressly states otherwise, Buy More, Save More cannot be combined with another coupon, promotional discount or offer applying to the same eligible product.

The two Buy More, Save More discount lines that appear when purchasing 4 or more eligible onaholes are an intentional part of this promotion and are not considered separate competing promotions.

Sale and clearance products are excluded from Buy More, Save More regardless of their price.

A separate promotion applying to another product within the same order does not necessarily prevent eligible onaholes from qualifying for Buy More, Save More. 

 If an order is changed or partially cancelled before dispatch, the Buy More, Save More promotion may be recalculated based on the eligible products remaining in the order.

For example, if an order originally contains four eligible onaholes and one is removed before dispatch, the remaining three eligible onaholes qualify for the 8% discount rather than the 15% total saving.

If the remaining order contains fewer than two eligible onaholes, the Buy More, Save More discount will no longer apply.

Any resulting price adjustment or refund will be calculated using the revised qualifying quantity.

Buy More, Save More does not change Lovemart’s standard Returns Policy.

Any change-of-mind return remains subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions contained in Lovemart’s Returns Policy.

Where a return is accepted, the starting point for calculating the value of the returned product is the actual amount paid for that product after applicable discounts, rather than its original full price.

For approved partial change-of-mind returns, Lovemart may recalculate the Buy More, Save More promotion if the products retained by the customer would no longer have qualified for the original promotional tier.

For example, if four eligible products were purchased with a 15% total saving and products are voluntarily returned so that only two eligible products are retained, the remaining purchase may be recalculated based on the 8% promotional tier when determining the change-of-mind refund.

This provision applies to voluntary returns and does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve stock.

If an eligible product becomes unavailable after an order is placed and removing that product changes the qualifying quantity, Lovemart will contact the customer where necessary regarding the available options.

If the order proceeds without the unavailable product, the Buy More, Save More promotion may be recalculated according to the remaining eligible quantity. 

Buy More, Save More is currently being offered as a trial promotion.

There is currently no fixed end date.

The availability of the promotion does not constitute a promise or guarantee that Buy More, Save More will remain available permanently or for any particular period.

Lovemart may change, pause or discontinue the promotion for future orders.

Lovemart may also change the promotion for future orders, including:

• the discount percentages;
• the qualifying quantities;
• the minimum eligible product price;
• the products included in the promotion;
• the products excluded from the promotion; or
• other promotional conditions.

Changes will apply prospectively.

A change or withdrawal of the promotion will not retrospectively remove a promotional discount from an order already accepted by Lovemart at the applicable promotional price.

Lovemart takes reasonable steps to ensure that promotional eligibility and discount calculations are displayed correctly.

If an obvious technical, pricing or promotional configuration error occurs, Lovemart may contact the customer before the affected order is fulfilled to resolve the issue, subject to applicable law and Lovemart’s general Terms & Conditions.

Customers who believe the Buy More, Save More promotion has not been calculated correctly are encouraged to contact Lovemart before completing their purchase or as soon as possible after placing the order.

These Buy More, Save More Terms & Conditions should be read together with Lovemart’s:

• general Terms & Conditions;
• Returns Policy;
• Shipping Policy; and
• any other applicable website policies.

Nothing in these promotional Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
