Why We Made the Switch
The move from our previous platform, BigCommerce, was necessary to overcome a number of limitations that were holding us back — and to bring you more of what you’ve been asking for.
Here’s what motivated the change:
- We encountered ongoing technical issues we couldn’t resolve on the old system
- We wanted to introduce more advanced features like a loyalty point program
- We needed support for more payment options, including Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna, alongside PayPal, credit cards, and Zip
This new foundation gives us the power to grow with you and continually improve your experience.

- A modern, mobile-friendly layout that’s easy to use on any device
- Faster page loads and a simplified checkout process
- Enhanced product pages with clearer descriptions and imagery
- Multilingual support — currently available in English and Chinese, with more languages on the way
- A fully stocked Help Center with FAQs, an in-depth Onahole Guide, cleaning and maintenance tips, and detailed policy pages like Privacy, Terms & Conditions, and Shipping & Returns
- A loyalty program, rewarding you for every purchase
